Come and Be Still 

An opportunity to come and be still.  Begin your day in silent and peaceful meditation surrounded by nature at the tent with Andrea Allodola.

This Tuesday through Friday Morning  begins promptly at 7am and ends at 8am

This is a free offering. Free will donations are accepted for Labyrinth area improvements

Participants will arrive before 7 to get settled in.  

There is no speaking at all during this time prior to meditation and after.  Space is provided for quiet meditation and reflection.  A chime or bell will ring at 7am and close at 8am
