Daily Silent Meditation

Come and join Andrea Allodola every morning this week under the tent by the barn from 7 AM to 8 AM for a silent meditation.

You may arrive 10 minutes beforehand to set yourself up and prepare for this time.

You may bring your own cushions to sit or chairs will be provided. There will be no speaking in order to hold sacred space throughout the whole session.

Session will start with a bell and end with a bell. We look forward to having you with us.

There will be no instructions given. You may choose your own practice. Only our presence is required.

We thankfully receive donations for space and time, if you choose. A portion of the proceeds will go to nonprofit, Love Has A Home, which hosts activities and events on location.
