About the event
What is spiritual weaving? Weaving is the ancient art of recognizing and overcoming the blockages of seemingly broken connections. Weavers are healers of the unbroken whole — connecting people and place in elegant tapestries of shared meaning and visions of a world that works for all. Join me and learn the ancient art of weaving on a frame loom. A weaver is one who is wise in the ways of mending that which is torn, calling forth that which feeds our growth, and creating and holding space for transformation. Let’s weave together for peace for the broken world, the wounded and the lost. Setting an intention in a group can be very powerful.
In class you will learn to warp the loom, weave with intention and try 3 different techniques to add patterning and texture to your weaving. Together we can offer loving healing vibes to the world and help to keep an ancient craft alive.
